Beldex launches $1 million global grants program for privacy apps and infrastructure

Beldex has introduced the Beldex Grants Program, a $1 million funding initiative aimed at developers and teams building privacy-focused applications, tools, and infrastructure. Announced during Korea Blockchain Week 2026 in Seoul, the program is designed as a long-term effort with a rolling application process rather than fixed deadlines, allowing teams to apply based on their actual development progress. The grants pool will not be split into preset allocations. Instead, funding for each project will be assessed individually according to the scope of the proposal and the complexity of its deliverables. Beldex said it is seeking applications in three areas: privacy-preserving applications, infrastructure/research/tooling, and integration/interoperability. Proposals will be reviewed on five criteria, including innovation in privacy architecture, technical feasibility, ecosystem impact, security compliance, and the clarity of project milestones. The company also said grant payments will be released in stages after deliverables are verified, covering phases such as prototype, testing, and mainnet or production deployment where applicable. In addition to funding, selected teams will receive technical support, including access to Beldex SDKs, wallet extension integration guides, and priority assistance from maintainers of core repositories on GitHub.
